ABBIE CARDWELL
Australian Abbie Cardwell is a gypsy troubadour in the tradition of Lucinda Williams and Rickie Lee Jones. A multi-award winning songwriter (2008 Music Oz Award, BMI Song Award, ABC Dig Radio Awards), Cardwell has toured with David Knopfler, Steve Earle and Tony Joe White. She plays guitar, banjo, ukulele and harmonica on her latest release, By Hook or By Crook, which is steadily making her a roots rock hero Down Under.
